VisioPlus suspension cab: Full visibility
The Fendt VisioPlus cab is a true wonder of visibility and space, with a 77° panoramic view. The windscreen arches into the roof without an obstructive cross bar, giving you a continuous view of the extended front loader. Ingenious cross-lighting with full visibility even at night. To the ground and straight ahead, your line of vision is improved with the compact bonnet and waisted half-frame. Then there's the full control armrest in the cab with suspension as standard. You will immediately feel at home here. Driver and passenger seat, visibility, controls and suspension – the entire body of the cab has been well thought out from the ground up, designed for your well-being and ultimate working conditions. Profi, the specialist farming magazine, praises the full package in its issue of 7/2017: "Space and visibility is superb, and just 69.9 dB(A) too".

High on torque, efficient and clean
With up to 687 Nm (516 Vario), the dynamic, high-torque 4-cylinder engine is tried and tested for all kinds of work in the power segment with a maximum output of 131 to 171 hp. The 4-valve technology with common rail injection enables efficient fuel consumption for the best overall efficiency. With the combination of the SCR exhaust after-treatment and CSF passive diesel particulate filter, the Fendt 500 Vario complies with the latest emissions standard Stage 5 / Tier 4 final and boasts an especially economical diesel and AdBlue consumption. The aluminium pistons also have a special remelted bowl edge for maximum stability and durability.
End-to-end Fendt operating concept
For years, Fendt has implemented a winning control concept in the right armrest on all of its key vehicles; made up of the Varioterminal, multifunction joystick, crossgate lever, valve switches and membrane keypad. There are two terminal options for you to control the tractor and implement functions.
The 7" Varioterminal – compact and intuitive
The 7" terminal with LED backlighting brings all the tractor and implement functions together in compact form. ISOBUS-capable implements can also be controlled from here. The flat hierarchy menu is easy to navigate. Use the menu options by tapping the screen or a key. The display has a clear resolution, is scratch-proof and easy to clean. The display dims automatically at night, without any glare.
All-in-one or 4-in-1 VarioTerminal 10.4"
Tractor and implement controls, camera function as well as guidance and documentation are completely integrated. Practical: Variable full-display screen layout, split screen or four separate images. The high-quality scratch-proof display has a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels for an ultra sharp image, even in night mode. With a turn of the hand, you can make your settings by touch control (e.g. at a standstill) or using the keys on the move.
