Harvey Vandenberg
Harvey Vandenberg, 24, is visiting us from Southern Alberta, Canada where he works as a foreman/manager at Vandenberg Hay Farms (www.vandenberghay.ca). Vandenberg Hay Farms have recently taken on selling Krone machines in the Lethbridge region. The retail division of the Krone machines is now called Noble Equipment.
Harvey is here to gain overseas work experience and to broaden his view about life and business in other cultures. There is an opportunity presented to Harvey for learning and gathering ideas for improvement and changes at the Vandenberg Hay Farm which he is taking under his belt. So hopefully he is impressed by the “Tulloch ways”. He did mention that he sees Tullochs as having a strong focus on customer service and providing them with the highest quality results which we do take pride in.
The New Zealand’s scenery and landscape is an eye catcher and he considers our country to be pleasant and not overpopulated or crowded. However, his true passion toward New Zealand is our pies! He LOVES them but tries not to eat them every day. It has become a bit of a tradition here at Tullochs with a daily run to the Solway pie shop for tasty home-made pies, it’s dangerous.
Harvey has worked very hard and he is very talented. His work is astonishing and we are lucky to have him, especially for the busy season we have entered in to.
